What is Kinesiology?

    

Kinesiology is a form of complementary medicine based on a combination of western techniques and eastern traditions. It promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing, by stimulating the body’s own natural healing potential.

Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to locate and identify core issues of stress and disharmony which are blocking the body’s natural healing processes. A variety of gentle, non-invasive techniques can be used to work on the identified stress and may include:-
